Persuasive writing

Rubbish, everybody has rubbish. Plastic rubbish, Metal rubbish, Glass rubbish we have it all. But where does it really go? do you send it to the dump or dump it yourself? whatever you do with it if it's not reducing,reusing or recycling IT'S NOT GOOD! Just think what would happen if we just dumped our rubbish in any plain old spot do you know what could happen!!!

Reason one animals could DIE!

If you go throwing your rubbish in a dirty river it could float out to sea and a turtle might think it's a tasty jellyfish or into a grassy field land animals might get it caught on there heads then suffocate and die!!! And if you say who cares its just a few dumb animals you should care! So we have a thing called a food chain example: Tree eats sunlight → Bird eats berry from tree→ Then possum eats bird. Of course there are far more food chains then this inside the world but if just one animals species dies so do all the other animals and the worst part is then comes the humans!!! Did you know that one hundred thousand animals die each year just from eating or getting stuck in plastic!!!

  

Reason two one big dump.

If the cities get overloaded with rubbish the streets would become paradise for rats and flies then we would have to cut down more and more trees to make more and more dumps. Some rubbish takes so long to break down that then it wouldn't be a very sustainable system. And over time the whole earth would become one great, big, brown dump then where would we live???  Did you know banana skin takes 2-3 weeks to decompose and a metal drink can can take up to 500 years thats along long time if you think about it.

Who would want to live like this???

Reason 3 WE NEED TREES!!!

We may not notice it but trees are very important to our planet if we didn't have trees we would all be dead by now, and it's not just trees that we need flowers and plants too. They all produce oxygen if we cut down trees to make new dumps and clear room for rubbish eventually air levels would get very low forcing extinction on the human race.

In conclusion i think we should reduce reuse and recycle our rubbish  we really do only have one earth.
